basicaly i want to get a simple representation of the calligraphic letter with simple stroke like the object on the right

There is no magic trick, you will need some manual editing. Like for those loop part's intersections.
Other than that interpolating paths can help.

You might also look at online utilities that have center line trace capability. RapidResizer is one

actually i ended up by recreating the paths manually since i have only some little words .
but i keep your suggetions for future for sure, especially the online center line tracer option .

How about this as a solution:

1. Stroke the original path
- You should now have a stroke line on the inside and outside of your path.
2. Now select Path - Break Apart
3. Now if you select your outer most stroke and drag it to one side you should have a completely filled stroke of your original path. (Hope that makes sense)
4. Now turn off your fill
5. You should be left with a stroke in the shape of your original path. (At least the outside of it.)
