After a long time I am back.
Today I made a new color palette and saved in Inkscape palette folder as I did before. When I open Inkscape I can not see newly created palette.
There is only one change, in Inkscape Version 0.48.4r9939 when Inkscape stopped showing X/Y width/height/pixel
I installed Inkscape 0.48.2 rp819 now I can use X/Y width/height/pixel.
Could this be the reason my palette do not appear because this is older version?
Any help will be appreciated.

By no means am I an expert on this, in fact only recently learned how to install palettes myself. I will just say to ensure that you saved the palette file in the ...inkscape/share/palette folder and make sure that it was saved as an GPL extension and not a text file, I know I made that mistake.
Also, it might be helpful if you upload the file here, maybe the 'gurus' can take a look to ensure there isn't a missing code or something that is throwing it off (ensure you use the #).
You might also want to search the forums for the last few threads on palettes because there is some good advice on those posts.
