Hi, what option under Save do I use to make the SVG usable in a browser? I always see text is missing (using Opera). Does Inkscape save SVG in a W3C compliant way? I assume some of the elements missing is not Opera's fault, it has around 94% of SVG implemented (better than all other engines).
Is there an option I am not seeing to make the file save in a W3C compliant way?

Re: Browser Compatible SVG
Use Plain SVG although Inkscape SVG should work too and you should keep the Inkscape SVG version as the default file (only export to other types).
Some Inkscape features are not part of SVG, they are just there to help you create easily. Is your text flowed text? Convert to normal text, there's a command under Text menu.
It might be a bug too, so you should report it to the bug tracker with the buggy file. But first post it here so we can see what it's about, strip it down to the element that doesn't display properly.
