Is there a way to set the width of a line to stay constant when you change the size of the image?

Preferences ( Shift Ctrl P ) - Behavior - Transforms. Uncheck the Scale Stroke width.

Or simply untoggle the right "Affect" icon (
) at the top toolbar when you use the object select tool.
