This is very simple the blender 3d application should do what you want.

For drawing comics I would look at Brian Denham and if that does not satify you then you could opt for Comic Book Creator 2

it isn't open any svg files by this way

File>Open then in the file type dropdown box select svg

If you want to download the .46 version go > inkscape.org>download>development version

Begin at w3c.schools html and proceed forward. All in all this is something you will need before trying css. For layout you could use Nvu this will get you up and running in no time since it basically does the coding for you. (not the best way to code)


How did you create your sites in your signature in the first place?

Note that I don't believe Photoshop or Illustrator support the full set of SVG features (such as transparent gradients) so expect some differences if you open an SVG created with Inkscape in these programs.
