Hi guys,

I am having problems trying to print .svg it simply doesn't print, nothing happens after pushing the printing button.The weird thing is that I tried to print a .eps and it printed fine. It's been happening with both Epson and Hp printers.


Anybody knows if there is any way to fix that ?

Hmm, when you start Inkscape from a terminal, do you get any feedback on the problem?

Can you see whether the print command is actually sent or not (in some kind of queue, I don't know what kind of operating system you are using)?

There are some bugs with printing, and some specific to HP printers. A search of Launchpad might reveal some helpful info. If I recall, someone mentioned a post script printer (as a solution) but I don't know exactly what that means. https://launchpad.net/inkscape
