You can make similar effect yourself:
Type the text you want in a nice bold font
convert it to a path
add more nodes (Effects > Modify Path > Add Nodes)
Jitter the nodes using Twak tool

You can also write the text using calligraphy tool - Fixation=0, Caps=0.1, Tremor=0.1 (or similar settings)
