Rogatia: A Drop in the Ocean

Postby routhwick » Wed Jun 18, 2008 12:47 am

Well...at long last, I'm starting to return to sanity, and here it is before your eyes: a map of the fictional Caribbean island of Rogatia, the setting of my two-part Sevton Saga.

This is the PNG import version:

(Multi-licensed under Creative Commons BY-SA 3.0, the GFDL and the FAL)

The real SVG counterpart can be found here at PetaIMG. In the meantime, it'll be up for sale at RedBubble later today (I just registered there a while ago).

All the best and thanks,

DCJC

Hi,

Really like the map but I can't figure out the story? Is it for a book? Where can i read it? Is it online. I looked around a few of your links but just got to dead ends..

all the best Dave

Yes, it's a real two-part children's novel that I'm actively working on at this moment. I'm trying to get it finished in a year or so.

Again, the official site is at http://sevton.pbwiki.com. Excerpts aren't up there or anywhere else, so keep your fingers crossed.

Cheers,

Looking good. My only criticism would be that the island names don't sound very Caribbean.
