hmmm. neither link seems to get me to a download place, tried it in IE and Mozilla. It brings up the page of the colors/palette, but it's not downloadable, unless there's some trick to it. oh well, don't worry about it, just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else has the same issue.

Seems there is a new link generated every time? Not really sure about it.
The "download file" button works here, even if not logged in to deviantart.

I've just tried the "download link" (green arrow) on the right of the DA page and it does work.
The file is a zipped file with gpl palettes and preview pdf files; the content must be unzipped and
moved to the right places.
If the zipped file is updated the direct link might change - as Lazur URH noticed.

Not sure if it was there before and I missed it or what. The download link isn't where you think it is, it's not near the image, oh well, it worked this time. Ensured I was logged in this time, I don't use DA much. Sorry for my confusion.
