i just started using inkscape, so I'm not really familiar with the features..
So, I've been looking to design t-shirts with inkscape but I couldn't find the t-shirt template.
it should look sometihng like this maybe..

Inkscape does not have a t-shirt template. I suppose someone may have made one and made it available for anyone to download. I haven't heard of any, but you could always search the internet.

So basically the t-shirt template is just a picture of a t-shirt? Inkscape already has a lot of templates. And it's easy enough to make custom templates, as well. But the pictures of t-shirts that you showed us.....I'm not clear why you need one. Can't you just draw the design on the Inkscape canvas and send it to the t-shirt printer?

We could give you instructions for creating such a template, if you like. It's really not hard at all -- drawing the design for the shirt is probably harder than making the template, lol.
