I am a newbie on inkscape, I have some problem with it and don't know where to ask.
I hope u guy can help me.

I can not open edit box when right mouse clicking on page, after i try to hit it many times, it just blink,
I have same problem with layers, can't drag the layer to change it level or position.

The drawing process is not restricted to the use of layers in inkscape unlike in a raster editor.
You can move objects in the rendering z-order by the PgUp/PgDown/Home/End keys.

Usually layers only make the drawing more complicated to handle, unless you want to switch the visibility off or lock a layer (in case of a too large document) I'd not suggest using them.

Not sure why the drag&drop doesn't work for you, but there are arrows in the panel to raise/lower a layer just in case.

The other behave also seems strange, maybe it's a bug?
Some mac themes have problems.

It sounds like the first thing you should fix is the device problem and probably restarting your machine is the first step. If you have several pointing devices attached you may have a conflict. Let us know what your inkscape version, platform and hardware are to get the most specific help.
