Hi - would appreciate your feedback and critique on this image. Any suggestions to make it better? I can already see several ways it could be improved myself.

Re: Critique request on Watch Image
Hey,
First thing would be to decide on a light source. Yes, it's pretty tricky to take into consideration all the proper reflections on metal, if you know see, the gradients show that the lights seems to be coming from any random direction depending on which part of the watch you are on. So, a single light direction would make it a much easier image on the eyes.
This is the only important suggestion I have right now. The design of the watch itself looks pretty nice, though I don't feel sure of who it would appeal more to: male or female (I suppose you want it to be unisex).
Hope I helped,
Lenin.

Hi - thanks for that. Yes you are totally right there.
I wanted the light to be coming from the top left and passing through the glass face.. down to bottom right but it's true that in many areas the light seems to be coming from other directions. (Screws top and bottom don't match the light reflections etc).
Yes an appeal to both sexes. A union of the sexes as it were with the hands (small and large perhaps signifying male/female again) pointing at the opposing symbols via the heart which represents the point of union.
Sorry, getting all deep and meaningful now

Haha, it's cool. But you are just doing this design as a hobby or is it for some real watch idea?
Re: Critique request on Watch Image
Actually that would make a pretty good real watch wouldn't it. Might send the design to some watchmakers now you have said that and see what they say! lol
It's a dirty word but.. it's for microstock.
