HELP HELP problem with font in inkscape

Hi

My system is Win 7 64bit, Inkscape 0.48.3

when i clean registry with CClean tool, i have a one big problem
see a picture

I need a Diavlo font but inkscape not show this font, if i select other font i see a writen text

how can i get back a Diavlo font ot inkscape???
