not drag drop in to inscape

I would save the bitmap image to the local machine first.

I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1

Still, if you copy the image on web (right click / context menu / Copy image) - one may paste it (ctrl+v) into Inkscape since that image will be called from cache. I really am not aware of any other program which could handle this type of drag&drop, with the desired outcome.
