Hello there. I have a fluctuation problem while working with Inkscape. Can you help me please. What is the solution to the problem. I am using Mac Os and my computer has 8 gb ram 4 gb graphics card

Unfortunately, the graphics card and the RAM won't help here. What you'd need would probably be a faster processor...

Do you mean the sort of ghost images that you see, as you scale and zoom?

I don't think there's a lot that can be done, unfortunately, except for demonstrating the issue to developers, maybe, and hoping that someone will try to improve performance.
