Something wrong with pdf

Hi,

I'm new working with Inkscape, and I need to save some drawings as pdf. But the problem is : the file is saved, as pdf, but instead of being saved "normally", my drawing is cut into pieces, and saved as 3 pages.

I attach a sample : the svg file, and the linked pdf !

If someone'd be able to help me .... :mrgreen:

Your issue looks weird. Can you explain how you do the export? (and please use 'Save copy as...', to not lose data)

I only use "save copy as pdf", and then I check the case to get a LaTeX file (because the goal is to set my file in a LaTeX). That's the only thing I do ..
I tried both pdf versions (1.4 and 1.5), but I get the same result with both.

I just noticed that, when I get my pdf, i get others files too : the LaTeX file (I checked for it, so it's normal) and two png from my files (two elements of the drawing. Always the same, just those two ...) !

I've never used that export option (you could have mentioned right away...).

I think some workarounds are listed in the comments, but I haven't read them all...

This will be fixed in Inkscape 0.93
