The SVG Icon is 80 x 80px but the pdf icon is 64 x 64px. Is there a way to have the output size of pdf same as svg?
I'm on Mac OSX 10.11, Inkscape 0.91.

I'm not sure of your process, but in general
if the size is in real world units, the same dimensions would be represented @90 dpi in in inkscape (80 px) and @72 dpi in illustrator.
