Hello, i just got a new window 10 system and i download and install inscape on it but anytime i try to open it, it display just empty, my thought was that may be i did not install it correctly or what, i need some helps and guidelines on it please. any help?

Could you show us a screenshot? I'm not sure what you mean by "empty".

If you did not get Inkscape from https://inkscape.org/en/download/, try to download from there, to make sure you get the ofiicial version.

If you already downloaded it from there, which download package did you get -- 7z, exe, or msi? Also, did you get the 32-bit or 64-bit version? Is your computer a laptop or desktop system?

Did you uninstall any older version of Inkscape first?

Thanks for your reply, i later found out that it is 32 bit i downloaded for 64 bit after troubleshooting and gently check the official download page and when i download the 64 bits, it works fine and also my antivirus make it to slow down my laptop, i really enjoy this forum, thanks once again.
