I'm curious if there's a known issue with Tweak shrink/grow. I've checked all the Tweak functions and the others seem to work, but shrink/grow only allow me to distort the path's shape, not shrink or grow the thickness of the path. I've tried it with lots of different force, width, and fidelity settings and still don't get the ability to shrink or grow anything.

Am I alone in this?

I don't think it's supposed shrink/grow the Stroke (thickness of the path). I think it's only supposed to affect a portion of a path, rather than the whole thing.

I've just done some simple testing with it, and it seems to work as I expect.

{edit] PS -- it's not comparable to shrinking/growing selections, like in raster graphics.

You could do a convert stroke to path then use the tool. It's the second option down under the path menu.
