I create some design in pain file.then i save .bmp,.plt,.Jpg whatever.so this design i change in inksacpe with help of
path----object to path.
who can i effect this design for better in ink scape.
pls reply fast.

For conversion from BMP JPG whatever to SVG (Inkscape's native vector format) the method is not path>object to path, but path>trace bitmap. Please note that you will almost certainly require trial and error to get a result you like, so patienza is the key...

You mean you want traced letters automagically become text? That isn't possible.

But if the rest of the image was traced successfully, and it's not a text-based image (like a paragraph or an article), you could easily type new text with Inkscape, right into the newly traced image.
