What happened to Fractalize?

What happened to Fractalize?

Sorry for the utter noob question, but I was studying a tutorial (This one to be precise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8b9X4yMsVY) based on what I guess must be an earlier version of Inkscape, and it uses a command under Effects/Modify Path called "Fractalize."

Well, in 0.91 there isn't even an Effects menu anymore, and I can't find a fractalize command anywhere... what happened to it? Can Inkscape still do this?? How?

Menu: Extensions>Modify Path>Fractalize?

I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1
