I've just finished this now. I think it took me around an hour. Maybe I'll use it for my articles/tutorials section of my portfolio (in the works).

Nice gassy rainbow effect. If I were to make a criticism I would suggest exploring some other fonts or font effects that might better compliment the vapour effect.

What sort of characteristics did you have in mind?

Difficult to put into words - and sometimes ideas that seem good in your head don't work so well when put on paper I was thinking more wispy - perhaps with a simple script font that's still easy to read. I guess my thought would be for the font to snake upwards more. But it may not look so good in reality.
