Hi,

recently my inkscape 0.45.1 started to deny to "save as" .eps files. The file dialog appears and when I press "save" the printing dialog raises and independently of my action no .eps file is stored, but the result of the printing dialog happens. I've found no proper configuration part for this.
I'm not quite sure if there was an update of inkscape in the last time, but actually it worked for a long time flawlessly.
I'm using Fedora with the repository version of inkscape (no updates available).
Any suggestions?

This might be an issue you need to raise with the developers on the Inkscape Developers Mailing List.

Having said that, you might prefer to simply wait for 0.46, which should be released shortly, and see if that fixes the issue.
