Hello debutant in svg html,
I would like to have a plan focused on one of the forms which composes this plan (here the colored polygon),
then a detail in the form in which the plan is centered. The detail must be entirely in the small framework.

Look up SVG LOD (level of detail) in a search engine. GIS/mapping enthusiasts' websites related to SVG should yield some help..but i don't think you will get something like all the code from one place to do what you want.
