Hi
Though the drawing image is not precise (can not round corners), I tryed for metal mesh because I had made 'zigzag' extension script.
'zigzag' extension is able to get from a site http://www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=3798&start=0 posted to "Inkscape & the Web" .
5 minuts video tutorials (no sound) is
