when I try to use certain Extensions, I'm told that I need the fantastic lxml wrapper....please download the latest version...
So, I grabbed this thing, the version for OS X, Intel platform, but the file ends in .egg and I see no info about what I need to do with this thing.
Do I need to drop it into a folder somewhere?
thank you for any clues!

I'm told I need this to use certain extensions. I grabbed the latest version as instructed, but I have no idea where it goes.
Can someone tell me where I need to put this thing? The file ends in .egg which I've never seen before.
thank you!
