I tried changing the interface language to Chinese, or even any other language. It's not taking anything at all. When I close and reopen, the language is chosen as Chinese (simplified), so it's saving the change, but the interface doesn't change. I'm using Windows 7 Pro 60 bit, in english language Windows environment. I even tried opening the XML preferences file, but that didn't do it as the language shows it to be changed. Also often have problems opening the preferences after I change the language. Seems to open again only after a random triggering of windows (last time it was opening a new document).
