I'm using Mac OS Sierra, AutoCAD 2014 for Mac and Inkscape 0.91 r13725.
I'm trying to generate a circular text SVG output logo with Inkscape (see attached) in order to later convert it to a 3D model so that it can be 'merged' onto another 3D model. I originally followed the tutorial at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2f6vVp4IZug by heathenx(yt?) but I'm obviously doing something wrong because nothing is importing into AutoCAD. Or rather, single-line text only is being imported.
I was thinking that someone who's actually done this before might be able to quickly see what I'm doing wrong.

Re: AutoCAD 3D Model and Inkscape SVG Text on Mac
Hi.
I'd suggest converting the text to path (Ctrl+Shift+C),
ungrouping the characters (Ctrl+Shift+G)
and combining them (Ctrl+K) before importing the svg to another program.

Thanks. I guess I don't have email notifications set, because I missed this reply.
