The MSI Installer log shows that Inkscape 0.91 'was installed' with error status 1603. Any suggestions?

I think it's better to ask this either on the developers' mailing list (http://sourceforge.net/p/inkscape/mailm ... ape-devel/) or in a bug report over at launchpad (https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape).
This forum isn't well frequented by Inkscape developers.
When you send a message to the list or create a bug report include your Win version (Win10) and which file you downloaded (link to it) and all the other info you gave here and be available for Q&A.
