How do I add nodes to an object?

Postby anotherjoe » Mon Jun 02, 2014 9:40 am

This is probably a total noob question but I cant seem to find anything when I search. Im working on plans for a lasercut box if I use this generator to make the finger joints http://www.makercase.com. I would like to import this into sketchup and than modify some of the fingerjoint but I cannot seem to even though the object is not locked. Any ideas?

Howdy.

Cute little webpage...

To edit the objects, select all, then use Shift+Ctrl+C to convert all to paths. (Menu>Path>Object to Path).

Let us know how you get along!
Have a nice day.

I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1

The Inkscape manual has lots of helpful info! http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/
