[SOLVED] Flatten beziers arbitrary minimum limitation produces rough result
I am trying to prepare DXF files to use in openSCAD. There's an Inkscape extension but it's six years old. I need to remove "splines" by going Extensions > Modify paths > Flatten beziers but the minimum value of 0.1 still produces a rough result (the default value of 10 produces an absurd result). I thought that maybe enlarging the paths before flattening would produce a smoother result but it doesn't. Why is there an arbitrary limitation of 0.1? The lines are clearly visible in the end result.

Re: Flatten beziers arbitrary minimum limitation produces rough result
I found that selecting all the nodes and then using the 'insert new node into selected segment' function three times prior to flattening improved the outcome.
