Colour proofing doesn't seem to work

Postby pdaoust » Sat Oct 31, 2009 8:29 am

Hi there, folks. I'm using Inkscape 0.47pre4 on Ubuntu 9.10, and I'm having trouble getting Inkscape to do colour proofing. Using just some generic RGB profile which doesn't match my monitor but is adequate for testing purposes, and ISO Uncoated for the printer profile, I don't see any change to the colours when I turn proofing on. Is this usual?

Also, does anyone know if Inkscape will also adjust RGB images when I'm soft-proofing?
