Hey everyone!

I am fairly new at Inkscape. I have gotten the arch (text to path) handled with no problems. However, I would like to have an arch on the bottom. I tried to do this with the normal way of doing the top arch text but it flips the text. I would like the text to start from Left to right, curving around the arch. Does anyone have any pointers or tips??

If I understand your question (and I'm not sure that I do), you need to do Shift + R on the bottom text/path. See this:
