Cutting areas from Adwaita icons [automatization]

I would like to cut the main icon from mipmap-like files like this:

This is what I would like to have:

There are 193 icons – how can I do this automatically?

The project uses a script to render to PNG (https://github.com/GNOME/adwaita-icon-t ... n-theme.py). I've failed to change it, that it produces SVGs. May you help me?
