Looks good to me!

Eyebrows seem too heavy. Maybe could make them thinner?

A lot of the "critique" depends on your end goal. Are you just learning Inkscape tools? Or will this be cut out or etched into something? I'm just wondering about the black and white. Because maybe it would work better as shades of grays?
