Envelopes & Stamp.
Re: Envelopes & Stamp.
The brown makes the wax seal stand out more (I barely noticed it on the black envelope) - although I think the wax could be much less dark for both black and brown envelope.
I would recommend using a gradient to colour the envelope - creating a subtle transition from between two shades of brown. This will help define the seperation between the two envelopes where they overlap since the colour won't precisely match.
I would also make the pin-stripes thinner and use a dark brown - no transparency. I think they would be most effective when they appear thin and sharp.
I would also make the shadow for the seal and the envelope fold a brown instead of black.
Despite saying all that, I think they are really effective - I like the attention to detail.

Thanks I'll play around with it soon. I agree with all your points.
Re: Envelopes & Stamp.
I think that looks better. I'm not sure how to change the pin stripes - did you manage to change them at all? They look different, but that might be because I'm on a different PC (The original isn't showing currently). I don't think I could criticise it any further It's really nice work.
