How to convert from png photo to svg

working with gimp part 1
working with Inkscape part 2
There is no voice on video.
I use gimp and Inkscape as you can see

Oh, this looks good, joeiwannou :D
Only problem is that I don't see any images. If I run my mouse along the progress indicator, I see individual tiny frames, but the main video window remains black. I'm using Firefox, current version but not familiar with DailyMotion website or videos. Apparently they're somehow different from YouTube, because I can definitely view YT videos. Is this problem only on my side?

If that is the same problem for more viewers i convert the video to avi and upload it again.
I have firefox too and i have no problem with the (ogv) video file.
Maybe something to change on firefox.If anyone has the same or some problem to watch the video let us know.
Sorry for my bad English
My OS is ubuntu 12.04 with mate desktop environment and is much faster than Unity or gnome3
