I don't think it's Inkscape problem...
May be you should try to save as png/pdf and than to print from other software?

The other software print without a problem portrait/landscape. I have found an error when i launch the print preview the error is in relations at evince (No such file or directory). Perhaps this two problems they have the same cause?
