I would like a tip to make a circle of balls... like that "loading animated gifs" that we see in the internet when we need to wait something be loading. I want to do my own gif.

Create two (on the opposite sides of the ring), group em, and then use the clone tiler.

Similar to: http://kaioa.com/svg/sun_h264.avi

but if you want it animated you will have to use another software, Gimp has a plugin for that.
