Is there a repository or some other site that collects templates?

I created one for Sigel LP 795 business card sheets - a very simple affair, just an A4 sheet with the borders of the cards marked by boxes and colored backgrounds so you can put your text etc into them for correct printing. What is the purpose of the bar on the left side, outside the page border area?
I know I can flip the page orientation on my printer so the page of cards will print right-side-up, but I was curious about
the bar.

Hmmm, there shouldn't be any bars. At work and don't have any editors here. Might be some sort of leftover - I used the template to print cards, then cleaned it up and uploaded it. Will check it tonight, thanks.

You were right, there was a line left over, from the orientation I am guessing it was something used to help eyeball the center of the cards. Thanks for that, I removed the line and updated the file.
