Hi all,

I have several multi-layer drawings made in Inkscape and one of them has many more items (in various layers) than the other drawings. Many of these items need to be copied to the other drawings as well.

While trying to copy the items from one drawing to another, Inkscape keeps crashing. It seems I run into this bug

Anyone know a work around for this so I can copy more than one item from one drawing to another before Inkscape crashes again? At this crash-rate I'll be busy several more days
