Don't know if this is a new topic to you all but I was needing some help'I have ghostscript and inkscape installed on my computer and have read all the information on getting thew to work together but nothing I have tryed has yet worked.
I am running windows 7 which is 64 bit I went into the gs files and wasn't sure which ones to use so I tryed all the different paths but not sure what I need to do to get this to work. I have a cd with 700 plus pictures in adobe illustrator (cs3) eps files. Ghostscript will open them but I can't do anything with them from that point and wanted to use inkscape to size and such. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks
ghostscript help
Re: ghostscript help
Hello:
Have you installed Gsview?
if you install gsview:
Open the eps file with gsview. In the menu file choose convert . In a listbox, there is an option that asys pdfwrite. This option saves the file as a pdf file. Warning!. You must save your file as "nameofyourfile.pdf" with .pdf to the end.
After that you can open the "nameofyourfile.pdf" in Inkscape
