What was the optimal Inkscape version for command line work, with some linux configuration?
With nonbug options and verbs?

I want to use the bash (or python?) loops for operating with paths and objects, for export to .png and further animation durth ffmpeg.
I know svgbuild.py from http://halley.cc/code. But no success and too sofisticated for me to adjust.
