I used 0.46 for most of the work but then opened up a 0.47 dev as it has better options for copying and editing live path effects.

Nice work with faces and the t-shirt! It is nice to see a good use of inkscape for portraits. I think you can add some shadows without ruining the portrait style and it will be better. Also color details can be rearranged. Good work.
