Hello guys.
I'm a beginner in using Inkscape and not a specialist in programming, so I have no idea where to address this small issue.
Right after installation of Inkscape I had not-too-much-user-friendly experience. I am using custom color scheme for Windows interface, and tooltips/info popups are painted to black background with bright text. But after moving mouse cursor over a buttons of Inkscape tools I'm getting solid black rectangles. It is easy fixable on the user side, and surely is quite rare circumstance, but in the future I'd like to see interface which is able to correctly follow color schemes.

Re: What library is used for GUI (it has small issue)
The library is called GTK+. I have a strong suspicion that it will never be good on Windows. After all, its WIndows port hasn't improved much in the past 10+ years.
