I just downloaded Inkscape and am starting to have a problem already. See I understand how to use Inkscape and I just finished my first project on it. But the problem is I can't upload it to Photobucket or DeviantArt. Can anyone tell me HOW I can upload my image?

I forgot to put that every time I attempt to upload it,
they say that the Inkscape file is not an image.

export it to a bitmap image. svg files aren't recognized by most programs as images.

You can upload SVG's to DeviantArt, but you need to upload a preview also. The preview is the file everyone will see and then if they click the download link they'll get the SVG.
