I think Inkscape has a ton of possibilites for use in the architectural world. I am an architect who was referred by another architect to this program. I actually still own a current CS6 copy of Illustrator, yet I find Inkscape to be easier and direct to use. I did buy a plugin for Illustrator called CADTools by Hot Door.

I think if someone had some tools like this to add to Inkscape that would be very cool and useful. There are some great things I think this program could do for the architectural industry and I hope more can be pushed...
