Does anybody has experience with installing the Inkscape presentation-extension Sozi 15 on a Mac? I only find tutorials for installing Sozi 13, but not for the newest version.

please ask this question at the sozi development site: https://github.com/senshu/Sozi/issues
There are no instructions (as of yet) - it is just copy the files, unpack and execute (on Win and Linux - I don't know if there even exist binaries for OS X. Might be that you need to compile yourself.
According to this issue: https://github.com/senshu/Sozi/issues/249 , it seems possible to install *something* - no idea how, though. Just ask there!

Something doesn't work? - Keeping an eye on the status bar can save you a lot of time!
