.x pixles..

Postby Linkert » Tue Nov 11, 2008 10:52 pm

First of all! Inkscape, great piece of software! Really loving it as a good free alternative to Illustrator.

I'm originally, as many else a person who's been using Photoshop for quite a while (sense PS 7.0) and I have some beef with the exactness or unexactness in my case.
In Photoshop you see the smallest possible dot as 1x1 pixel but in Inkscape there is .x pixels, and I don't really feel any need to use .x pixels, actually its irritating to have the .x numbers when I resize stuff.

Any way to make the editor to go by full pixel numbers?

I'm having a hard time expressing what I mean :P

You can create a grid to allow snapping to whole pixels. This useful for developing icons and such.
