Looks like you just need flash installed.

Hi im new here and im a newby to inkscape period and i was just looking at
these videos i found on inkscape forum for begainners...up under your tricks & tips section...
but i ran into a problem on a part of his video where the ( arrow disSapeard )
or was just moving to fast for me to see what he was doing and where his arrow went at and clicked
on what to perform the action that he performed between these two times on this video..

SO COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT DID HE CLICK ON OR WHAT DID HE DO WHEN HIS ARROW DISSAPEARD

You can change the color of your gradients by using the fill tab again...

we'll change the color now increase the width of the out line





time on video is in the bottom lower right corner

I think that was the magic of Hollywood. In a single step the proportions of the object changes, the fill changed colour, the stroke changed colour, and the stroke was remove. I'm pretty sure he's stuck two seperate recordings together
